Embroidery on a scarf with Anne-Lise Agossa

From 11 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2.30 to 5.30 p.m. 

During this workshop, participants are invited to personalise a scarf made from fabric offcuts from the Maisons d’art of le19M. They will create needle embroidery on a hoop, inspired by the protective motifs carved on wooden doors from West Africa to the Arabian Peninsula.

Guided by the artist, each participant will be invited to design their own symbol, inspired by personal memories or emotions, and translate it into embroidery.
