This workshop allows children, accompanied by their parents, to discover the richness of the plant world through a creative activity combining observation, experimentation, and artistic expression, using plant stamping and herbarium techniques.

The workshop is for children only and an adult must be present throughout the workshop.

On the programme with Vergers Urbains

After exploring la Parcelle in search of leaves, flowers, and other plants, the children will create two original pieces. First, they will discover plant stamping, a technique that involves using plants to create pretty prints and colourful compositions. They will then make a herbarium by selecting and showcasing their finds on a sheet of paper. This fun activity will allow them to observe the diversity of shapes, textures, and colours found in nature. The workshop will conclude with the participants sowing nasturtium seeds, which they can then take home to continue the experience.
