A place of both creation and transmission of the Métiers d'art of fashion and decoration, le19M is a unique venue that brings together workshops, a school, a café, a gallery open to all audiences, and a cultural garden.

The workshops of the resident Maisons at le19M can be visited twice a year, during the European Heritage Days and the European Artistic Crafts Days.

During exhibitions, la Galerie du 19M is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

In the event of exceptional closures or public holidays, information will be posted on our website banner and on the Practical information page. We invite you to consult this page to prepare for your visit.

Photographs, videos, and sharing on social media are permitted, with the following exceptions:

• Photographs and videos of objects marked as prohibited (crossed-out camera symbol);

• Photographs and videos intended for any use other than private use (commercial or professional use);

• Photographs and videos taken with a flash.

If you are unable to make your pre-booked time slot, you can still come to la Galerie du 19M. We will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability and visitor numbers.

If you are late for a paid workshop, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to finish your creation in time.

Booking is not required to visit the exhibition. There may be availability on arrival, however, you may have to wait a little depending on how busy the exhibition space is if you arrive without a booking.

For free events, places may still be available on arrival, depending on numbers.

When paid workshops are full, it is not possible to join a waiting list. However, we invite you to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to find out when new slots become available.

The QR code sent to you in your confirmation email serves as your ticket. You can also find your tickets in your personal account.

If you have any difficulties downloading your tickets, please go to the reception desk at la Galerie du 19M and provide your name, email address or order number to retrieve them.

• You can change the date and time of your visit from your personal account. Please ensure that you have activated your customer account beforehand.

• To cancel your ticket, please send your request to billetterie@le19m.com. Your request will be processed quickly.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on paid workshops, as stated in Article 9 of our terms and conditions.

Most of the activities offered at la Galerie du 19M are free. For paid activities, payment can be made by credit card online or on site (online booking is recommended).

If you are an association, school, or higher education institution, please visit the Associations/Schools page to book a free guided tour of la Galerie du 19M. For any questions regarding school and/or association group visits, please contact mediation@le19m.com.

If you are a company and would like to take a guided tour of la Galerie du 19M, please contact privatisations@le19m.com.

If you are a company and would like a customised experience at la Galerie du 19M, please visit the Private Hire page.

For all other requests to visit la Galerie du 19M, please book at our ticket office.

The cuisine at le Café du 19M is inspired by French traditions and influences from around the world. The dishes reflect a cuisine that is attentive to the seasons and to sourcing. For more information, visit the Café page.

No online booking is required to visit the coffee shop. The coffee shop is open during la Galerie du 19M's opening hours, except during lunch time (12 to 2:30 p.m.).
