The kitchens at le Café du 19M are run by Charlotte Mosely, a young chef born in London and raised in Beijing. Passionate, outgoing, open-minded, and bursting with creativity, she has acquired remarkable experience in some of the capital’s most renowned restaurants: L'Astrance*, Soces, Septime*, and Clamato. At just thirty years of age, her cuisine is firmly rooted in French traditions with accents taken from British and Chinese comfort food.
Surrounded by creativity, le Café du 19M is a natural extension of la Galerie du 19M.
