New season at le Café du 19M

Since 17 September 2025, chef Victor Legrand, aka Vico's Dough, has joined Grand Cuisine and taken up residence at le Café du 19M for a collaboration celebrating craftsmanship and exceptional sourcing.

This young chef, known for his long-fermented doughs, is taking charge of the kitchen. This residency is particularly fitting in this venue dedicated to the Métiers d'art, where precise gestures and respect for savoir-faire are at the heart of the project.

le Café du 19M is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Bookings are recommended for lunch service

For le Café du 19M menu, Victor Legrand is offering a selection of seasonal, accessible, and easy-going dishes:

Classic pizzas: faithful to Neapolitan recipes, enhanced by the quality of the produce

Creative pizzas: bold seasonal combinations

Salads and vegetables: in the spirit of a fresh, plant-based cuisine

Dish of the day and a selection of homemade desserts that change every week, homemade drinks and a selection of natural wines.

Practical information

Lunch service, from 12 to 2 p.m. on weekdays and until 4 p.m. on weekends

  • Starters and desserts: 6–10 €.

  • Main courses: 15–25 €.

The coffee shop is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
