Family tours of the exhibition
le19M x Clarisse Aïn
Designed for visitors of all ages, the Saturday afternoon family tours offer a fun and immersive approach to the exhibition Beyond our Horizons: from Tokyo to Paris, celebrating the creative dialogue between Japanese and French artisans and designers.
In small groups, accompanied by a guide, children (ages 6 and up) and their parents are invited to explore the exhibition and interact freely with its themes.
The second part of the family visit provides an introduction to the savoir-faire of the Métiers d’art through the presentation of a 19M Métiers d’art kit. The presentation lasts 15 minutes.
Designed in collaboration with le19M’s resident Maisons d’art, the 19M Métiers d’art kits offer visitors a chance to discover the exceptional savoir-faire behind each craft creation, using tools, samples, and step-by-step instructions.
They offer a creative and sensory exploration of materials and provide a rare opportunity to get up close and personal with the savoir-faire behind the work, with each participant playing an active role in the process.
